TRADITIONAL SAUNA

Temperatures: around 200 degrees Fahrenheit or more

 

Heat is generated externally by the ambient air temperature

 

A “wet” sauna – heat is created from hot coals and pouring water on them to create humidity and raise the ambient temperature.

INFRARED SAUNA

Temperatures: around 140-150 degrees Fahrenheit

 

Heat is generated by the body directly due to infrared light

 

A “dry” sauna – heat is more internal due to the infrared panels

Single 30 min infrared sauna session: $20 per session

Single 60 min infrared sauna session: $40 per session
